I love meeting new people. Iv made quite a few friends recently. Iv made them via the internet a few times, some who go to my school, and going out and meeting people and stuff. I love it :) It makes me feel good when there are nice people out there. Also, i love my own group of friends anyway, but its always nice to expand.

i agree jess..... ive made quite a lot of friends recently from the year above me boya n girls. all it takes it stepping out from ure comfort zone i.e. normal group of friends and being adventurous, seeing where ure personality takes you, what type of people you get to know or end up with :P

i think its a good idea to meet new people, otherwise your never gonna make new friends. Your current mates may not be around forever or may move away so its a good insurance plan lol to make new ones!

I like my close friends and everything...but you can spend too much time together!
At college in our common room I try to mingle as much as I can with different people and ages! I think its better that way, and you appretiate your close friends more.

I find both are important. Certain circumstances force you to make new friends, such as for me when I started uni/college. None of my old friends are attending the same college, of course I haven't made any, but I still haven't lost touch with my old friends, and if they do, that would just go to show that they weren't real friends and that I couldn't make the effort.

i would love to make and spend time with new friends, my only trouble is that im realli shy and when i meet new people i never know what to say...

the gang of friends i hang with are cool but the onli time i get to see tyhem is at skool cos afta skool theyr all busy with theor boyfriends... hmm.
