Very nice. May I steal? I think that would make a very funky Avatar or MSN display pic. I'll have to get some of my photos up for you guys to see. Were you using digital or film for that pic?

Lol, I know where you can search for trademarks and stuff in Australia, but I dont know about anywhere else in the world. You cant trademark the moon or a picture of the moon, but if you had a business named 'the moon' or something like that you could probably register it. You can copyright pictures and videos though, even if it is of something like the moon.

Good photos.

But you know, from here in the UK, the moon's surface doesn't look exactly the same...

Even though we only ever see one side of the moon aswell..

Any tangible work is instantly copyrighted when it is created

i know that you can buy a piece of land on the moon. So that could be a bit like trademarkin maybe :S

no, and you can't REALLY buy a piece of the moon, because no one owns it right now, and if the gov were to sell plots, you would buy it from a .gov site
