Id rather play even though i suck at football, i just don't see the excitement of watching people kick a ball around

Shane and Riccardo, I doubt your alone ialot of people have same sort of opinion. I dont see the excitment of watching most other sports, like basketball, which could be discribed as people just bouncing a ball about. I see were your coming from but if you asociate yourself with a team, and really get into it then you realise that every point is vital, when I watch wednesday I really want them to win, I suppose its like if you had a bet on a horse and you watch the race its alot more exciting watching the race than when you havent bet on anyone. I watch alot of other football but unless im watching a high quality game it doesnt have the same feeling as when im watching wednesday. If you dont actually find the game exciting, which is fair enough, I recomend you go to a pub when england are playing in the world cup, you'l see what football means to alot of people and even in a place like a pub the atmosphere's great. I no plenty of non-football fans that love going to the pub when England play to watch the match just because of the sheer passion of everybody in there.
