Hey, guys, I was hoping you could help me out:
I'm doing a project regarding high school and whether it's conducive to the ideal learning environment. Your answers to this quick survey (for 8th, 9th, 12th, and college freshmen) would help LOTS, thanks! :D
(NOTE: Again, I'm looking for answers from students in grade 9, 12, or college freshmen ONLY :D)
For everyone:
What grade are you in?
In what city/state do you attend school?
For 9th graders:
1. Is high school much different from Jr. High? Yes/No
2. Were you prepared for your entry into high school? Yes/No
3. Are you enjoying high school so far? Yes/No
4. Do you feel you're learning more in high school than you did in Jr. High? Yes/No
For 12th graders: 1. Have you enjoyed your high school experience? Yes/No
2. Do you feel you're prepared for college? Yes/No
3. Do you think college will be more enoyable and/or beneficial than high school? Yes/No
4. Do you feel you're more educated now than as a freshman? Yes/No
5. Do you feel that the modern structure of high school is ultimately conducive to the ideal learning evironment--in other words, do you feel that high school is structured in such a way that students are learning to the best of their ability (consider: classrooms, teachers, schedules, homework, academics vs. social life, timing, grades, stress, etc.)? Yes/No
For College Freshmen
1. Do you feel high school prepared you for college? Yes/No
2. Do you enjoy your college experience more than your high school experience? Yes/No
3. Yes/No
Thanks guys, it helps a lot!!
