I know that quite alot, if not all of us college students have exams when we go back in January. Just wondered how people are getting on with revision, dealing with any stress etc.
I tend to do a little bit of revision for about 10 minutes before I go to sleep now and also when I am bored I might read a chapter, or even a paragraph from one of my text books. Every little does help after all.
I don't really feel stressed about it all, guess I just try not to think about it that much and don't let it get to me. I know some people can get very stressed out though because they take things a little bit too seriously, my advice, do no be so hard on yourself, have a little fun while preparing fro your exam, your life cannot go on hold because you have an exam. Remember, being strssed out drops concentration levels so take things easy!
