In light of recent events, I am initiating a new rule, with no debate.
Rule 14; No member of TF may be considered for an Administrator position until they have been an active (defined as a minimum 20 posts a week average) member for a minimum of 18 months.
Edit: - The status of this rule has been changed to Temporary, pending review.
We are also bringing forward plans to create a applicatory process, to replace the hand-picking that happens now. This is to encourage people to be chosen for the skills they have that may benefit TF, as opposed to how many posts they make. The exception to the application process is with Administrator positions. I reserve the right (on behalf of the Administrator Team) to choose who we feel is the right person for the job, assuming they fit the above criteria.
