im way too skinny, to fat people that probably sounds good, but its worrying how i cant get any bigger no matter how much i eat (and i eat a hell of a lot, and fatty foods n stuff, not much fruit) but theres nothing i can do to make me any bigger. im so weedy and pathetic is not fair. at least fat people have a bit of strength behind them.
im a very energetic person living a very active life, i do lots of sports and i do parkour all the time, i play football, i run a lot, and every now and then play tennis or stuff. i think that could have something to do with it. i burn all my fat off.
would it help if i had more of a balanced diet like ate more fruit as well as everyting else? please help me!

LoL dont worry dude im the same, except i DONT live an active life at all, no matter what i eat or whatever, i still stay the same, i havta call it "slim" so it doesent sound as bad lol.
Ah well, at least ya dont havto watch what ya eat ya? sum ppl have sum real problems, i can eat as much choc and stuff as i want and just enjoy it an not havto worry bout it afterwards.
Maybe you might be able to put sum on instead o losin it, but i cant lol.
What you say about strength, well you can have agility, and the ability to focus your strength, try focus on yer good points.
After all theres nowt i can do, seems ive taken most o ma dads genes as hes still the same even at 46 lol. So, i've jus gotta live with it. :/

Go to a Gym, get a Personal Trainer (PT) and they will help bulk you up.
You dont want to put on fat (unless youre really really skinny), but increase your weight and strength by building muscle.
Eat 3 serves of fruit, and 5 serves of vegies *everyday* and get your protein intake right up there. Its very very hard to "overdose" on protein.
You need to get your protein intake up because when you excercise, your body "eats away" at your fat stores for energy, when the fat stores are "depleted", your body will go for the protein you have for energy. Most of the protein in your body is in your muscles. So if your body fat stores are "depleted" your body "eats away" at your muscles. Which is why you are finding that you cant gain muscle mass either.
Get some protein shakes, protein bars, and eat a serve of chicken or red meat everyday. As well as seeing a PT at the gym, see your doctor (GP) and see if he can up with something.

Lemme say this much im in that same category as you. Thin as fuck, eat like youve got the munchies twenty four seven (i dont know why i wanted to spell that out) and am too bored to sit around the house (IE always out doing something theruputic... IE Parkour)
ya see paragraphs one and two show you the correct contridiction. lemme give you my advice (though its only helped me gain a pound.) Go out buy a Gamecube and a copy of Resident Evil 4. and watch the hours fly buy. Try to get the Infinate launche on you Second way through... heh heh. that took a couple of hours out of my life in which i sit on my bony ass!!!

ya see paragraphs one and two show you the correct contridiction.Its not a contradiction. You can bulk up with muscle you know :P Also - Gyms are not just about losing weight either, they are about gaining health. For skinny people, this includes gaining weight (fat and muscle).

I'm the same as you en but as you get older it should get easier to put weight on!
isnt it easier to bulk up if you alredy have fat to turn into muscle?

Anyways i always think its funny when the answer ya get str8 back from most people is "you need to go to the gym an put on muscle blablabla", but tbh you cant put on that much muscle if ya ant got the frame to support it in the first place, and when your body wont expand at all yer never gunna have that, i'm not sayin ive no muscle or owt (heh av prob not bad for a "slim" guy really, specially one who does fuck all lol) but still i know that no matter how long i spent in the gym, i just wouldnt be able to build up a significant amount. Hell ma dad (rememeber how i told ya hes the same) when he wa younger went to the gym an really worked at it full on, followed all the stuff, ate the right things, really went at it, al he got outa it was LOSIN a few stone lol.
Some people are "slim" and are able to put weight on in time, and some if they have an adequate frame, can put on more muscle and gain weight that way. But some just how it happens, are just stuck they way they are, me, ma dad, (and jess by how it sounds) for example.
So aye if u really wanna try an make a change go at it the best ya can, follow the stuff peopel tell ya, do all the routines, stick at it and it might happen. Just if it doesent then just try to accept that its just how it is, its just part of who you are, so dont let it get ya down. Use it to yer advantage where possible, focus on the few good points, and try make the best outa it as much as ya can.

one of my best friends has been trying to put on weight for years and she started regualrily eating 4-5 decent sized healthy meals a day and shes put on a decent amount of weight. - now she wants her old metabolism back because she will just put on weight eating the junkfood shes always eaten...id never have believed being skinny to be a bad thing but ive recently lost a shitload of weight for no real reason... while im thrilled im losing weight, i wish i was in conrtol of it...

you cant just go to the gym if youre skinny you need a pt or youll do the wrong stuff and just lose weight. What bob said is right, some people have small frames and find it impossible to put muscle on, you just cant support it!!
Thin girls ar a real turn off, you need someone who you can actually see!!

Well im also pretty skinny, and i've noticed since ive bin doin ma workout ive put on a little weight! So there u r! its not a great amount but its something. I dont like my legs tho, they're skinny, need to work on ma leg muscles i think lol. Im quite broad tho so thats alrite. I think it involves wot u eat and how much u work out by goin to the gym!

Also yeah u can get REALLY skinny, but still thats just a matter of opinions, everyone has different tastes. Anyways girls bodies start to shape a lil when they naturally start maturin so its not too bad normally, Hell i'd rather have a slim lass, would be a bit too much of a contrast if not lol :/
LoL danny I get what ya mean about the legs, i try to refrain from wearin shorts and shoes at the same time cause all it does is make me look like a hairy golf club :o
Anyways what the dudes said is right, try what ya can with eatin and goin to the gym and that, different things work for diff people. Just as i said, it doesent work with everyone and it might just do the opposite and make ya lose more. so if it does turn out like that, accept it, try make the best of it and dont count it as a negative point about yasen. :)

Everyones different miss nat, its natural for womens to become more shapely as they progress through their teens, and nothin wrong with that tbh lol. But still everyone has a different frame, some are larger, some are smaller, if you really do think its that bad then try and go about doin the opposite o this topic (if ya ant already), but again if it doesent work then thats just how ya are.
And tbh u 2 both seem to perve, ur as bad as each other :P
