ah man, i used to do that. wasnt particualrly brilliant at it, but not bad. then i fell 3 storeys broke my ankle, wrist and 3 ribs....havent done it since. sloped roofs are not cool. hehe

we do the same sort of stuff he does in that video (without the france bit) but on a smaller scale, without making out that we're really crap. he's REALLY good, well respected and all that. he's so inspiring to watch.

we've been doing it since we saw Jump Britain, last january, so not much more than a year. he will have been doing it an extra year or so,, and will ahve developed his movements by training with some of the best in the UK, as there was hardly anyone that did it back then (compared with the post-JB figures)

No video is really Parkour, simply a representation of some movements which may be useful in a given situation.

Yer like the above saids it gives an idea of what Parkour is like. for instance when he is jumping down staris flight by flight, it would take him 10 times longer and alot more energy to go down step by step, therefore showing one of the aspects of Parkour and i think thats pretty much wat the whole vid does.

I think parkour's pretty awesome, alright and my cousin's been trying to get me into doing it for the past two years, but I'm lazy and my time is already dedicated to other extremely important things. :P
