They're all good in their own ways,
Stewie for the intellectual remarks of a baby, though what makes it funny is that he's a baby, he wouldn't be funny at all if he wasn't.
I relate more to Brian's humour and think he's the best defined character of all of them.
Then there's Peter who's just there for the slapstick comedy, similar to Homer in the Simpsons.
Quagmire also makes me laugh with his general attitude and vulgarness.
