Looks good.
You'd probably be better off not enabling html.. unless you whitelist it.
You can do the same things by converting the bbcode to html, everyone already knows how to use it through everyday forum use and of course, there are less security implications, ie. cross-site-scripting, etc.
A quick example of what I mean: I put an iframe in my profile which leads users to the link to add reputation for me.. everytime they visit my profile, they give me rep points!
Edit: actually, you probably have a confirmation thing for adding rep, but you could get around that with some clever insertion of javascript, also possible if you allow html.
