Basically, just eat healthily and do exercise!
You can buy fitness videos if you want to work out but in the privacy of your own home. You can go to the gym, swimming is really good for toning up. You can even just do tummy crunches and stuff, it all helps over time.

Over the past 2-3 years ive gone to the gym twice a week, and ive been doing 500 sit ups every night (obviously ive worked up to that)
I would advise you to start doing 100 sit ups every night, do 2 sets of 50 and when it feels like you arent pushing yourself anymore, add another 50 and repeat this until you get to whatever number you feel comfortable at.
Also do press ups, start with 2 sets of 25, and work up in a similar fashion to the sit ups.
And like Luke said, try running every night/morning (whatever suits you really).
Hope this helps :)

Oh, it's so good that you've decided this. Exercising seriously makes you feel SOOO good about yourself and sooo energised all the time. It's awesome!! I've been going to gym 1-3 times a week for 2 years and I wouldn't live without it.
So I think you should join a gym so that the trainers there could set you up a program that will really suit exactly your fitness abilities and what you actually want improved..
But if it's just a simple exercise program that you want to do in the comfort and privacy of your own home then you really should be asking yourself what you want improved..
To improve your actual fitness and aerobic endurance then you should be going for runs, bike rides, etc every day. And always try to push yourself for that extra 1-2km.(You lose the most fat/flab in the early morning but you don't need to worry about that)
To get stronger legs, focus more on riding and running up hill and for stronger arms get ya self some weights that are appropiate to your strength levels and just work your way up.
(Remember: if you want bulked arms then you do heavy weights and less repetitions but if you want strong toned arms then you do lighter weights but more repetitions!)
I find that your abs are probably the easiest to work out. And probably espcially for you since your a boy and guy's muscle's develop quicker. I advise you do as many sit-ups or crunches (crunches are better as they are less straining on your back) as you can EVERY night and try to work your way up to doing at least 300 a night or something..that's two sets of 150. It's really not as hard as it sounds. You work your way up to doing that much though.
And I garantee you that if you do sit-ups/crunches EVERY night (properly) for a whole year, you should have a nice toned 6 pack by the end of the year!!
I hope this has helped...
