New Design Released to Public

The new Forum Design is now out of testing and Live.
There are still quite a lot of changes to come but I thought it was ready for the Public to go wild on it. :)

I would say more bright colors...the previous one had lots of bright colors...hehee..but i like this background....its got the affect of "light" coming from the forums...or maybe thats just me... *sees the layout again* yeah it kinda does look like a "lighted" forums xD
