Went to see this last night with my mate lol

It's actually really good and i recommend you to go see it. Its not just for kids. Jonny Depp is so freaky in it but its pretty funny! So go see it!

I've seen it 4 times already...haha. I looooove this movie. The first one is the one that made me want to become a chef.

I didn't like the oompa loompa songs, but other than that I thought it was amazing.

Saw it the other day, didn't like the oompa loompa's too much, and in the original they could like lick the walls and do much more than they did in the new film! And as for Mr. Wonka - what a wierdo!!

one fucked up remake. they focus too much on Wonka. what happend to Slugworth giving money for the ever lasting gobstoppers?

Actually, this new one was based more on the book than the first movie.

If you read the book, Slugworth dosen't bribe the kids for Everlasting Gobstoppers, nor is there the lickable wallpaper...I think...I'm not sure if I'm 100% correct on that...so don't take my word. I am right about Slugworth, though.

The ONLY thing the new movie is missing is Fizzy Lifting Drinks...


I, personally, loved it and thought it was a wonderful portrail of the book.

yes, it is much more accurate to the book, especially in making wonka a lot darker.

i went to go see it on monday with richard (my mate soon to be bf hopes)

it was really good and funny the pink candy floss sheep are fun!

i found it really funny when he said

'everything in this room is eatable even i am
but thats cannbulisum and some countires frown on that'

i don't think that was the excat of what he said but it did make me laugh
and when he walked into the glass evelautor or that shop window that was funny but this lil girl was doing this really freaky laugh which made it more funny lol

lol your right that part was funny, only bit that made me laugh, got it on DVD now....and loads of other films...

i found the movie really creepy. tim burton scares me *eep* it was done really well... im getting sick of being spooked by childrens movies and fine with horror and psycological thrillers

the kids lookd fake init!

That movie was lame I reckon. The first one was loads better. The only good thing about this movie was Johnny Depp and the Oompa Loompa songs. I reckon it was a pretty slow moving story and they carried out the end for way too long. And the actors in the first movie were loads better! I reccomend that you all see it though so that you can actually say that you saw it. And besides, don't take any of our words for it because everyone has different tastes and preferences!
