As to spam, well any topic in The Lounge part of the forums is goin to end up goin off topic at some point. I do not promote spam at all, but consider The Lounge sorta like one gigantic-ass cafe where people are all just chattin about general stuff. Just like in a cafe in real life, youd end up being interrupted eventually and then the conversation proceeding onto something else, its just what happens.

Admins are here, myself as one. But we cant be everywhere, most of the time we have to rely on the users notifying us is sumthing is wrong.

In the main part of The Lounge I can only act as an admin if people start throwin needless insults around, post explicit images such as porn, lesbians, gay emos or whatever, the only type of "spam" i'd be able to clean up straight away with no problem is the
"spamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamsp amspamspam
spamspamspamspamspam spamspamspamspamspam spamspamspamspamspam"
type, u get the idea as it was primarilly the bigass argument that led me to act in this topic.

If you wish to have a pure on-topic discussion about concerts and such, post it in the music forum, if its a pure discussion about something else, post it in the discussion part. Then if its in the right part of the forums and people start mindlessly posting drivel or start being a nobber in a topic thats supposed to be a serious discussion pm me and let me know, then I can have my fun. :cool:

As I said you can carry on talkin about it in officially and kept spam clean if you let the admin of that part knhere peco, or I can move it to a different part if you wish, then it can be moderated ow.

If you lot want to carry on the discussion about whether spam is good or not, then do it in the discussions part, dont go on about it in here please.

In future, for all of you, only post topics in The Lounge that you are not expecting to stay purely on-topic and not turn into general banter.
If one of your topics does start to sway that way, then politely ask if people can get back on topic, if its not working then pm an admin and request the topic to be moved to a different part of the forum where it can be kept clean from spam and such.

So to conclude, admins ARE here, but we can only act if it breaks the rules at somepoint, if a topic looks like its going that way, TELL US, then we can keep an eye on it and act if need be. But in The Lounge, general chatting is not breaking the rules, arguements are.

So You can carry on now, but remember to play nicely, I wouldn't want to haveto use my godly powers on you now, would I... ;)
