Every year ever since they got married Stan and Jan would attend the annual carnival for their anniversary. Every year Stan would ask to ride the rollar coaster and every time Jan would say, "It's too expensive. You could spen your money on so many other things." On their 80th anniversary Stan once again asked to ride the rollar coaster and Jan said, "I have told you for the past 80 years that you could spend your money on so many other things." Stan looked at her angrily and said, "I'm 100 years old. Pretty soon I won't be alive to spend my money." The rollar coaster operater overheard this and said, "Tell you what. If you can ride this entire thing without screaming once I'll give you 75 dollars, but if you start screaming you'll have to pay me 75 dollars." Jan looked over at Stan and said, "Think hard about this. This IS 75 dollars that we are talking about." Stan took up the offer and they both got on the first car. The ride started with a steep climb, but they wouldn't scream. Then came a gigantic drop, but they would not scream. Then came the loop dee loop, but they still wouldn't scream. The operater was getting really annoyed so he increased the speed, but they still wouldn't scream. When the ride was over the operator went over to Stan and said, "Wow! How did you do it?"
