The Plot: Idiotic guys try to outdo each other by inflicting the most pain upon themselves using the most original methods possible. Theres also something about the devil and the seven deadly sins in there too, but you don't pay to see that, you pay to see pain!
What's Good: The film is very funny, and is basically just Dirty Sanchez the TV show but extended to last the length of a feature film. Pancho is easily the funniest and most daring of all the guys, whether it is intentional or not. There is no CGI blood or anything here, the whole thing is 100% real and because of this it is fairly shocking and cringe worthy. The fact that they have to do these stunts in a certain order (in the order of the Seven Deadly Sins) to appease the Devil at least gives the film some point and isn't just a series of tied together cock ups. The film will also make you feel rather uncomfortable, especially if you are a guy, watching what the Sanchez team do to their penis's is almost painful to watch, "Ouch!, fish hook".
What's Bad: In my opinion, the film goes on a bit too long, there is only so many times you can see someone regurgitate random fluids before it becomes a little repetitive. While the film is notably sicker than the Jackass movies, it is also less funny, in Jackass it is all about doing the most stupid things possible while making it look funny, whereas Dirty Sanchez is all about doing the sickest things possible and hoping it makes you laugh as much as the guys in the film do, but alas, sometimes this just does not happen, an example of this is when Pritchard goes to get his finger cut off to regain his "honour" (the finger doesn't actually come off though), instead of being funny it just leaves you wondering 'Why?'. There is also waaaaay too much cock action in this film, enough with the semenal fluids already!
Conclusion: If you are ready to be shocked and appalled by some of the stuff the Dirty Sanchez boys do, and are up for a laugh, then i highly recommend it. Just don't go if you are sqeemish, the liposuction and subsequent human body fat beverages scenes will probably have you reaching for the sick bag...or the person in front of you's face, lol.
