Spaceballs has got the legendary John Candy in it, that makes it required viewing :P

Anyhoo, my favs are:

1) Aliens (The best film ever, i fucking love this film)
2) Terminator 2: Judgement Day (Better than the first in almost every way!)
3) Heat (Pacino Vs. De Niro, sheer brilliance and one of the best shootouts ever filmed)
4) Die Hard 2 (Better than the first for some reason that i can't explain, lol)
5) The Shining (Best horror film ever made, makes all the crap horror movies that come out today look like kids cartoons)
6) The Green Mile
7) The Shawshank Redemption
8) Saving Private Ryan
9) Total Recall
10) Braveheart

Same here, i love those films, got them all on DVD. They fucked up with Alien Vs Predator though, that was a travesty, pathetic film, how they are making a sequel is beyond me...

I agree, I'm especially annoyed about the fact that the AvP film has seriously damaged the possibility of there being a final episode to the series. After Ridley Scott was asked if he was still interested in directing Alien 5 he simply replied, "No. I think they've wrung it dry." Damn AvP.
