Omg... love this franchise! Who else does? It's so clever... and it's not afraid to go the distance. Can't wait for the third one! :D Gotta say I like SAW II better... only because it's more action-packed and gory - but the first one has more of a plot which I think counts a bit more.

Yeah, i'm looking forward to Saw 3 as well (Next Friday!), the second one was definitely the best, but i think that the first one had a better twist at the end, it'll be interesting to see how the final film stacks up against the previous two :D

Yeah, i just read that too. If Saw III does well (which it will) they might do Saw 4, i'm not so sure they should though, if i were them i'd make it a brilliant trilogy and leave it at that instead of ruining it with countless poor sequels like the Friday the 13th series for example (although tbh, Friday the 13th was shit anyway, lol).

Films like this make me lol irl, I'd rather see limbs get blown off an a hail of gun fire everywhere, an I prefer action films mixed with horror, instead of one guy going around aimlessly stabbing everything, an people running an falling pathetically.
An also it annoys me when those certain people who HAVE to walk in that dark hall way know full well whats gonna happen next (when half there friends are dead).

Craig - SAW isn't your average horror, that's one of the reasons why it's so successful.
Chris - Yep I agree, the writers who have written SAW, SAW II and SAW III have said they will not be continuing to write the SAW series as they've said what they've wanted to say with the trilogy - rumours are it'll go ahead, but yeah, it's pushing it already with a third.

The Saw films are Thrillers, not Horrors. They don't try to frighten you, they just try to make you feel sick and keep you tense in the same way that Se7en does (although none of these films made me feel sick, but you get the idea).

Yeah, i bought Se7en a few weeks back, the 2 Disc Edition has the laziest front cover ever, its just all black with 'Se7en' in white writing in the middle, lol.

I one of the early DVDs with only one disk. The cover on that is a little lazy as well I suppose, it's just the film poster with "18 Cert" and the DVD logo slipped onto the front.
