Do you prefer teenage life or adulthood?

Hmm..sometimes I wonder. If we reach adulthood, would we miss our life as a teenager? Or do we forget about it and think its a time when we are immature and just stupid? What would happen after this?:hmmm: :hmmm:

even i mess bein a "teenager" at skool alreali.
everything is just handed to you on a plate in skool, you have nothin to worry about.
Your parents give you money, buy you things etc. but after that your in the big wide world all by yourself.

Ill probably miss being a teenager to be honest. There isnt anything to worry about for most people except normal teenage stuff and getting good grades at school.

I think when we are a teenager and are witnessing the tough parts of it, we seem to wish we were adults, not thinking that life will be so different and in some ways so much more difficult and demanding.

And then when we DO become the adults, we wish we could be the teenagers again because we didn't realise how much fun and laid back life was for us then.

yeah, upto a few months ago i always said i will enjoy being an adult..settlin down havin kids etc.
i will still enjoy them things, but gettin to that position is sooo hard! Life is difficult but i guess everyone has to deal with it, its also so hard to not be overloaded with stress and depresion, when you leave skool many things change, its hard to cope sometimes. My advice...dont let get little things get to you, thats where ive made my mistakes, enjoy the time you have while you are young and just get pissed!!

I already miss my teenage years, and I still have two left to go.

I think being a teenager is better than being an adult. You don't have as many worries, no one to support but yourself, no one to watch over but yourself...I'll miss that. It's the freedom, I think.

yep like they always say, enjoy while ya can at school cos ya really do miss it, and they really are the best years of your life, when my mum told me i was like, ye right its firggin school, but now iv left i wanna go back :(

Nothing beats being a teenager! Hanging out with friends, sleepovers, going to parties and getting pissed! The lot!!! I never want to grow up! I'm having too much fun and the things you can get away with at this age is just incredible! At this age you can be as immature as you want to be, where as when you're an adult you have to act your age and professional or else you'll have trouble finding and/or keeping your job!

My parents envy the fact that i get to go to school...and i cant imagine it but i reckon id miss it too. Not seeing your friends everyday, no messing with subs. Im missing my childhood days...i dont wanna grow up!

Im gunna milk the student life as long as possible tbh.

Just keep goin an livin neutrally, doin a bit o extra studyin, part time job, earnin enuf money to survive (while puttin a lil away), enjoyin the student life as parties, m8s, college/uni or whatever, learnin new things an the main part, while ur doin all the livin on one side, ya gettin more and more qualifications on the other.

it gives u a way to keep progressin and doin different stuff, more freedom and not just a set path, then later on when you decide to get a full job and house an the rest and go on that set path, uve got a shitload o resources to be able to do it with, and while u were gettin those ud spent ur time relaxed and havin fun. makin it better in the long run.

i love bein a teenager. going out to parties etc, not really havin many resposiblities.. its great! the only thing is when you are this age u sorta worry too much about things.when me and my ex broke up i thought it was the end of the world & when i found out he was lying to me and stuff i was crying so much, but then i thought one day i'm just gonna look back at this and laugh.

i can't really say which one i like more cos i'm still a teenager and can only guess what will hapen as an adult but i'm sure i will miss bein a teenager.

Bein a teenager is great, i just wanna have a good time and a laugh!
Drinkin when ya not sposed to...sneakin around after parties and stuff. when your older your allowd to do that stuff so it wont be as fun or daring!

yeah its good been able to do stuff with out having an excuse . how when u sneek out at nite then the next morning u say ur tired cos ur growin . its the life . how u can come in hammered and not have to worry aout "work" how u can go down ur bike really fast and people wont think ur imature . u can kill ppl and not be sent to jail . jkin . but tis great

I have to work for my money already! (:() and i have to buy my own stuff (apart from food and sometimes clothes but then i get less money than i would if i worked for minimum wage) im only 14, my parents annoy me they make me do rugby at school and out of it, they also make me play the sax so i have basically no free time, the great thing is now im in my gcse yer my parents are pressing even more but still i am taking the subjects i like and i cant wait util i go to 6th form/uni

i dont ever wanna have to grow up, ive thought about it alot and i dont wanna loose the friends i have now, cos face it, when ya leave skool ya move on and dont see so much of ya friends, i dont want that to happen to e. also, i dont like the idea of having to take so much responsibilities, like paying the bills and stuff, but i spose its just part of life... cant be helped ......

id prefer adulthood, cuz to be honest, u can always be a kid cant you, you can be and adult and immature. thats the best way to be
