Hey guys, I'm 15 in year 10 and I have never had a boyfriend in my entire life and so therefore have never kissed a boy before. I really feel left out because almost all of my friends have boy/girlfriends and talk about how far they've gone with them and all that. So I'm just really curious about whether their are other teenagers out there as old as me and maybe even older that are in the same situation as me.

So can everybody please answer these four questions so I can just get a bit of an idea on this?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with not having a b/f at 15. All it means is that ur like me;) - ur picky, which is good cos that way u won't end up like sum girls that just go out wit anyone/thing (ther's a lot of gurlz like dat at my school). So don't stress urself out about it - guys aren't all that life's about. Just wait for the right guy to come along, cos if u get a b/f 4 the wrong reasons, u won't b happy, and then there'll b no point of being in that relationship.

Thank you all for your feedback. I feel a lot more relaxed about it now. Now just to reply to a few of your questions...I'm not shy around guys at all...in fact the majority of my friends are guys so I think that maybe the guys consider me more as a friend then a girlfriend. And about me being picky, I think that may be true. I've only ever liked 2 guys in my whole life. 1 in grade 3 (I liked him for a whole year) then another when I was in year 8 and that crush went for 2 years (I only just recently stopped liking him because I found out that he was a smoker).

I think I've been asked out once in my life and that was by this guy in year 7 and he didn't actually like me..he was asking out like every girl in year 7 because he wanted a girlfriend.

The thing I'm most worried about with not having a boyfriend or a first kiss at this age is that by the time I do get my first boyfriend he would have gotten pretty far with girls and he'll just expect me to do the same with him just after I have my first kiss with him. Does anyone else feel this way?

well..most guys are pretty understanding about that stuff..the decent ones anyway. I felt like that with one guy i was with & he just said that he'll only do what i'm comfortable with. Most guys wont push to do things you dont want to, and if they do, they r really not worth your time.

That's what I thought but now I'm having second thoughts because well...one of my friends is like the nicest guy ever and he really respects his girlfriends and stands up for them when someone would say the slightest mean thing to them but lately his been complaining to me about how he's really horny and his girlfriend won't allow him to go any further with her then kissing and feeling up because her mum won't allow her. And he's questioning whether he should break up with her because of it because he feels that she won't go further with him because she doesn't like him enough and she's just using her mum as an excuse. And seeing as his like a really nice and caring guy, it makes me question whether other guys feel this way?

Guys, can you shed your opinions on this topic? Like, if you were really expierenced in relationships and the sexual side of it and then you meet a girl who's completely inexpierenced, would you get a bit impatient over the fact that she wouldn't go as far with you as other girls have?

I'd never be impatient with her. I wouldn't pressure her into anything or owt. Make her feel relaxed. It's her decision and the end of the day like.

Its not as easy to get someone as it would be for someone who can ask a boy out, but at least if i find someone who i like and they ask me out i know that they will like me too, i get really worried about small things i shouldnt, like when someone doesnt like me.

Well all guys get horny now and then stephie, specially when theyre in female company, even more so when the persons ya gf. Its just natural and no one can help it, it happens to girls 2 just not as bad and not as hard to control lol.

But horny or no, you only do what u want to do and any guy who wants u as a person an for who u are will respect that.
Same as the experience thing, dont just go sloppin yaself everywhere just cause ya think ya need experience cause ya dont.

Only a guy who wanted u only for a bit of fun for himself would be dissapointed at u not bein experienced or willing in certain aspects.
For a guy who actually loves ya, he'd be fine with that, hell he'd even enjoy it.

If hes a bit more experienced then he gets to teach you and show you the way and watch you get better and enjoy it more for yaself, and the both of you. Thatl make him happy.

And even if he is more o less in the same position, well then its special for you both as ya both get to go through it together, tryin new things and enjoyin it.

Either way whether he is or isnt, it will make him feel even more special and honored at being the first guy to be able to give and share those experiences with ya.

So basically if yer not just out to get as many blokes and beds as ya can, theres no rush. If ya get a guy who actually loves ya as a person then all the waitin will have been worth it, as youll not be sat regrettin past mistakes, and also itl be a good special experience for ya cause of what I described above.
