Xbox Live programming director Larry Hryb -- better known as Major Nelson -- popped in on his blog today to post a brief note about Vigilante 8: Arcade. According to Hryb, this remake of the classic game of vehicular manslaughter should be landing on the Xbox Live Marketplace this Wednesday, and will be priced at 800 Microsoft points ($10 in human currency).
Twisted Metal is still MIA this generation, so let's hope Vigilante 8: Arcade is enough to fill that gaping void in every car combat enthusiast's heart. We don't wanna see what happens when those guys unleash their pent-up road rage on the daily commute.
